What is No Strings Dress Hire? 
We are a small Bendigo business that hires our designer label clothing. We service Bendigo and surrounds, as well as posting all over Australia (and the world). 

Does No Strings Dress Hire offer discounts? 
We sure do! Tag us in your Instagram and Facebook posts, along with the #nostringsdresshire, for $10 off your next booking! 

How does it work? 
Send us an email, facebook or instagram message with which dress you would like to hire. All available items of clothing are able to be viewed on our website. Facebook and Instagram are also kept up to date with what we currently have available. 

​Can I book an item in advance? 
You sure can! And we prefer it. 
Dresses book out so quickly, especially around Deb season, Footy Ball season and Spring/Summer weddings. Get in quick to avoid disappointment. 

​What happens if the item doesn't fit?
We have ensured all of our items are true to size, and answer any questions about size honestly. We will not offer a refund on items that do not fit. To be sure, you could always organise a quick try on (where we leave the dress with you for a few hours). 

Do you bring the item to me? 
Yes we do! If you are within a 15km radius of Bendigo CBD we can deliver to your doorstep. If you are outside of this 15km radius, contact us and we can arrange to meet  - it is that easy. Or, if you are a bit further away, we express post as soon as possible. 

​How do I return my item?
These details will be organised with us directly. For local ladies, we ask you put your item back in its packaging, and return to Golden Square Dry Cleaners. For ladies requiring postage, please put the item back in its original packaging and supplied pre-paid postage bag and post back to us, all the details will already be filled out. 

Does the customer clean the dress? 
HELL NO! We have a great relationship with The Golden Square Dry Cleaners. We do all the hard work, so you just have fun!

​What happens if I damage the dress? 
Sometimes accidents happen, if the dress is accidentally damaged whilst in your care contact us ASAP and we will try and find a resolution. Please be aware, you might incur specialist dry cleaning or repair fees. If the dress can not be cleaned or repaired you will be charged 150% RRP of the dress (this can be paid over an 6 week payment plan). 

​How long can I hire items?
4 days, 8 days or maybe longer. If this doesn't suit your plans, let us know and we can help. 

​Can I hire an item if I am under 18 years old?
No, please get your parent or guardian to hire for you.
