What is No Strings Dress Hire? 
I am small registered Bendigo business that hires our designer label clothing. I service Bendigo and surrounds, as well as posting all over Australia (and the world). 

Does No Strings Dress Hire offer discounts? 
I sure do! Tag us in your Instagram and Facebook posts, along with the #nostringsdresshire, for $10 off your next booking! Check social media regularly for discount codes and giveaways.

How does it work? 
Book a try on session.
Fall in love with a dress.
Wear the dress.
Return the dress.... Simple.
All available items of clothing are able to be viewed on this website. Facebook and Instagram are also kept up to date with what we currently have available. 

How much is a Try On appointment?
It's FREE ofcourse, takes about 30 minutes and you can try on whatever dresses you like.
I also promise to give honest styling advice.

​How do I know if an item is available?
Send me a message (on Instagram or Facebook), or look at the Booking App, on the selected dress.

​Can I book an item in advance? 
You sure can! And we prefer it. 
Dresses book out so quickly, especially around Deb season, Footy Ball season and Spring/Summer weddings. Get in quick to avoid disappointment. 

​What happens if the item doesn't fit?
I have ensured all of our items are true to size, and answer any questions about size honestly. Check the dress notes for further info about a specific dress. We will not offer a refund on items that do not fit. To be sure, you could always organise a quick try on. 

Do you bring the item to me? 
Sure do! I offer $5 SAME DAY local delivery within 10km from Bendigo Post office for bookings.

What is the price range?
A 4 days hire (normally Thursday - Monday) is anywhere from $75 - $180.
My dresses retail from $280 - $1580

​How do I return my item?
These details will be organised with us directly. For local ladies, we ask you put your item back in its packaging, and return to Golden Square Dry Cleaners. For ladies requiring postage, please put the item back in its original packaging and supplied pre-paid postage bag and post back to us, all the details will already be filled out. 

Does the customer clean the dress? 
HELL NO! We have a great relationship with The Golden Square Dry Cleaners. We do all the hard work, so you just have fun!

​What happens if I damage the dress? 
Sometimes accidents happen (i have kids, I get it), if the dress is accidentally damaged whilst in your care contact me ASAP and I will try and find a resolution. Please be aware, you might incur specialist dry cleaning or repair fees. If the dress can not be cleaned or repaired you will be charged the RRP of the dress (this can be paid over an 6 week payment plan). 

​How long can I hire items?
4 days, 8 days or maybe longer. If this doesn't suit your plans, let me know and I can help. I also offer holiday bundles for extended time frames.

​Can I hire an item if I am under 18 years old?
No, please get your parent or guardian to hire for you.

Do I offer postal Try Ons?
Yep, just pay express postage

What happens if when I recieve the dress it doesn't fit?
We try to provide as much information as we can regarding the fit of the items available for hire on our website. We take no responsibility if you choose a size or item which does not fit you or does not suit you. If in doubt, please contact me.
